Each set includes the following items: Road Heel Pads for base of shoe (2 pieces). Road Heel Pad stainless steel bolt for base of shoe (2 pieces). Note: The heel pad t-nut can be accessed and replaced on the Vaypor 2023, SL, Lace or Riot Series shoes by making a small cut into the liner of the shoe, under the innersole.  Maintenance tips Use a small amount of acetone or nail polish remover to dissolve any glue from the base of the shoe. Try, as best as possible, to apply the acetone right where it is needed. If necessary, pry the heel pads off the sole slightly to apply the acetone onto the underside.Each kit contains two heel pads and can be installed on the models above using Loctite 401 or equivalent plus the included bolt. The Pad Set Original set is a replacement item suitable for the original series Bont Cycling Vaypor, Zero+ and Vaypor T.Each set contains left and right toe and heel bumpers and can be installed on the models above using Loctite 401. The all new Bont Cycling Cleat T-Nuts now made of 316 marine grade stainless steel.Features: Corrosion Resistant Lasting Durability Bont Cycling shoes feature replaceable T-Nuts for mounting all three-hole cleat systems to the base of the shoe.Each replacement T-Nut kit contains six individual pieces and is compatible across the following Bont Cycling models: Vaypor S Vaypor T Vaypor+ Zero+ Zero+ T Crono MK2 Maintenance tipsBont Cycling t-nuts can be replaced by simply pushing against or punching out the existing t-nuts from the outside of the shoe.The new t-nuts drop into place from the inside of the shoe and the pressure of the cleat bolt installation will allow it to 'bite' into the sole.If your new t-nuts seem to spin too easy, use Loctite 401 or similar to hold them in place for initial tightening.
